Aylesford Football Club has the pleasure in inviting you to play at this year’s annual tournament at Aylesford Recreation Ground, Forstal Road, Aylesford, ME20 6AU on Saturday 1st September and Sunday 2nd September 2018.
The tournament format will be:
- 5-a-side (Under 7, 8)
- 6-a-side (Girls Under 12)
- 7-a-side (Under 9, 10 and Girls Under 10)
- 9-a-side (Under 11, 12)
- 11-a–side (Under 13, 14)
Order of Play:
Saturday (1st) AM: U9’s and U11’s – PM: U10’s and U12’s
Sunday (2nd) AM: U8’s, U13’s and U10 Girls – PM: U7’s, U14’s and U12 Girls.
The cost to enter is £25 (For U7, U8) £30 (For U9, U10, Girls U10, U12)
£35 (For U11, U12) £35 (U13, U14) which is non-refundable for teams withdrawing. Teams are accepted on a first come first served basis. And we do reserve the right of entry. Our tournament is regularly over-subscribed therefore I would recommend an early application to avoid disappointment. Kent Youth League sides will be accepted into the tournament but these teams will be requested to participate in the year group above (Under 13’s at 2018/2019 will play as Under 14’s).
PLEASE NOTE THAT AS THE TOURNAMENT IS AT THE START OF SEPTEMBER, TEAMS SHOULD BE ENTERED AS 2018/2019 AGE GROUP.
(i.e. if you are Under 8’s at 2017/2018 season you MUST register as Under 9’s).
Note: if you enter the wrong age group the booking can only be moved to another team in your club at the discretion of Aylesford FC. – Otherwise it shall be treated in the same way as a withdrawal.
If you wish to enter, please complete the attached booking form, and send it with the appropriate fees to the address below. Your booking will be acknowledged ASAP- after 10 days please check with tournament secretary. Rules and other information will be sent out 2/3 weeks prior to the event.
Refreshments will be available all weekend. VIP parking within the Community Centre will be made available to team managers at a cost of £3.00 per vehicle. Please indicate on the booking form.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (PHOTOGRAPHY+VIDEO FILMING OF CHILDREN)
We use the current F.A. guidelines concerning the above. Aylesford FC reserve the right to allow official TV/press photographers to cover this event and your signed entry form constitutes an agreement to this condition. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in the individual/club being asked to leave the Tournament Ground. Refusal to do this will be reported to the KCFA.
