Jon qualified as UEFA C in 2013 and has 15 years coaching experience from all age groups from U7 to U18.

Aylesford has developed its own Youth Development System (YDS), which underpins the coaching curriculum by providing structure and progression within training sessions, while also promoting best practice and our philosophy of how the game should be played.

Aylesford Football Club is a local club based in Aylesford Kent.
Our community club gives children from the age of 4 up to 18 the opportunity to play football in a friendly and competitive setting. We have a variety of teams including girls, boys, ladies, mens and veterans.
